Tracey Logan / Sales Representative

Tracey is a graduate from the University of Western Ontario and Universite Canadienne en France. Tracey combines her education, market knowledge and enthusiasm with her entrepreneurial and business background to help make the Real Estate transaction a smooth one. Tracey grew up in Milton, Ontario and completed her university degree at The University of Western Ontario and Universite Canadiennne en France. After graduating Tracey spent time travelling and working abroad: 3½ years in Switzerland and Western Europe, a year in Australia and 3½ years in Japan and South East Asia. Tracey is an avid equestrian and competes at the Provincial Level. Her horse's name is Top Negotiator!

David Bailey / Sales Representative

Spent 15yrs in The Film industry, both in Los Angeles and Toronto. He brings with him a passion for excellence and attention to detail. David is a talented and skilled professional, who insists only on the highest standards. David grew up in London, Ontario and attended BealArt fine arts high school. From there he went to York University in Toronto specializing in Film Production. Soon after University he made the move to Los Angeles where he began his career in film. He later moved back to Toronto where he finished off his film career as a Post Production Supervisor. Joining his wife Tracey in Real Estate was a natural progression. David had been managing investment properties for the last ten years so his official move into the world of Real Estate , was seamless. David has a real passion for Real Estate and together with Tracey they have been members of the Remax 100% Club and the Prestigious Remax Platinum Club as well as The Top Ten Remax West Producers.

Lucy Sanford / Sales Representative

Lucy Sanford is a residential Real Estate Sales Representative for Re/Max West Realty Inc., Brokerage. She has specialized in Toronto's West area since 1985. In 2006, she expanded her business to include the Queen West neighbourhood. Lucy has been a top producer in the W01 area since 1985 and the #1 top producer in W01 for 11 years running from 1997 through 2007. Lucy has been a generous supporter to the neighbourhood over her real estate life span and, indeed has won the coveted Toronto Real Estate Board's Salesperson Merit Award for her work in the area in 1991. Lucy has sponsored children’s sports teams at Sorauren Park, the "Taste of Roncesvalles Festival" and the Fern Avenue Public School fundraisers. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Parkdale Community Health Centre, was a long-time member of the Parkdale/Liberty Economic Development Committee, was the original organizer of the "Parkdale Then and Now Festival" and has produced three calendars and one poster of original drawings of the Parkdale, High Park and Roncesvalles areas, all of which have become collector's items. Lucy Sanford is a member of the prestigious Re/Max Hall of Fame, as well as Remax 100% clubs, Remax Platinum Club and Remax West Top 10. She is known for her honesty and direct approach.

Jason Froude / Sales Representative

Jason joins our team with an in-depth technical back ground having a degree in Metallurgical Engineering, A certified Tool and Die maker and successful C.M.M. programmer. Jason brings years of experience from fortune 500 Companies such as 3M and Magna International and has a proven track record of resourcefulness and problem solving. Jason excels at analysing multi unit and Investment property’s to establish value and squeezing the most out of your investment. He is driven to provide you with all the details you need to make your decisions easy and stress free. Shawn Costanzo / Sales Representative

Shawn is the newest member to join the High Park Real Estate Group and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Real Estate industry. Shawn started his Real Estate career working in reception at two of Toronto's leading brokerages. He was later hired by our own Lucy Sanford as an assistant while also working on his Real Estate license. Shawn was later hired to work with another one of Toronto's leading Real Estate Sales Representatives. Shawn has now come full circle and returns to Re/Max West Realty Inc. to join the High Park Real Estate Group. Shawn is a customer focused individual and has already become a valued member of the team. Shawn is an equestrian in his own right and when not working can be found at the stable or spending time in High Park with his German Shepherd Zeus.
