When we initially put our condo in the downtown King and Spadina area up for sale my parents and I felt sure that it would be a quick and profitable sale. Our realtor at the time added to our inflated sense of well-being, ensuring us that that money would fall from the sky and our wildest dreams would come true. Six months and a number of price drops later we unfortunately still owned a condo in the King and Spadina area. That’s when Tracey and David showed up. I was immediately stuck by their professionalism and sense of purpose. While the previous realtor had done basically nothing in terms of really getting our unit out there, showing it off to its maximum effect, Tracey and David quickly and succinctly summed up what had to be done and how it had to be done. There was no waffling, no ‘well I think this might help’. They had a plan, and it was a plan that worked flawlessly. They brought in her dresser, they arranged transportation for furniture (for both items that I ‘purchased’ and items that they lent me), they hired a professional photographer to take truly flattering pictures of the condo, they put together a marketing strategy, arranged the open house, they sold our condo. They set a realistic price, and then got us sixteen thousand over asking. They took a condo that hadn’t had a single offer in six months and, after only a week being back on the market, had multiple offers coming in. I think the results speak for themselves. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Tracey and David to anyone. In short they are brilliant.
